Prestige Park Grove is remaining for RERA approval, and when the RERA number gets distributed, it will announce its send off.

The best way to break into real estate development is to find a mentor. There are a lot of ways to do this, but I would start by networking with people in the industry.

You can find them through your friends and family, your local Chamber of Commerce, or even on LinkedIn. You could also try reaching out to local real estate developers and asking them if they know anyone who might be able to help you get started.

Once you've found someone willing to help, ask them if they have any advice for breaking into real estate development. They'll likely tell you about the things that helped them get started and what they wish they had known when they were starting out.

You don't want to bite off more than you can chew. While it might seem like a good idea to jump right into a $50 million project, that's not always the case. If you're just starting out, it may be better to start small so that you can gain experience and build up your skillset before moving onto bigger projects. It will also allow you to get more comfortable with the process of working with developers and other professionals in the industry before taking on something too big for your skill level at this point in time.
