To dial only a particular subset of a contact list, a filter is a condition that can be applied to the list. It is the 'WHERE' clause of a SQL query.

Is the Church in America Dying?

Leftist State Is OPENLY Denying Firearm Permits To Conservatives
A woke California’s Attorney General, Rob Bonta has a differing view on gun laws, he stated today that local authorities should reject gun permits for individuals who have “racist” social media posts. The problem here is the subjective, nebulous, and constantly changing definition that the left holds of what is “racist”.
One hundred percent Fedup recommended that these weapons laws will certainly target conservatives:
The suggestion is due to a clause in many state and local laws that require that someone has “good moral character” to get a public carry permit. The suggestion, if local officials choose to heed it, would surely target conservatives and be used to strip Republicans of their 2nd Amendment rights.

Maine Enshrines Cultural Marxism as State Religion in K-12 Public Schools
The dysfunctional government-run monopoly known as “public education” in Maine suffered a serious setback on June 21st when the US Supreme Court struck down a state statute that bans families from tuition assistance if they choose to send their children to accredited private schools that teach religion.
In sparsely-populated rural districts without high schools, the state offers a stipend to parents to enroll their children in a high school of their choice. The tuition assistance payments can be used for any type of public or private school, even out of state, or outside the United States.
Except if it’s a religious school.
The 6 to 3 decision held that discrimination based on the religious identity of a school violates the Free Exercise of Religion clause of the First Amendment to the US Constitution.

Texas attorney general cannot unilaterally prosecute election cases, state's highest criminal court rules
Texas’ highest court for criminal cases on Wednesday struck down a law that allows the attorney general to unilaterally prosecute election cases.
The state’s Court of Criminal Appeals issued an 8-1 opinion saying a provision of the law violates the separation of powers clause in the Texas Constitution, representing an intrusion by the executive branch into the judicial branch. The attorney general can only get involved in a case when asked to by a district or county attorney, the court said.
Attorney General Ken Paxton, a Republican who has been aggressive in trying to root out voter fraud, bashed the opinion from the all-GOP court. He said in a tweet that the ruling “could be devastating for future elections in Texas.”

Senate Scrambles to Defeat Constitutional Safeguard
The Senate is scrambling to quietly erase an important election safeguard provision before anyone else dares to use it. One thing you won’t be hearing in the televised insurrection hearing circus is that former President Donald Trump really did have a legal leg to stand on, when he encouraged Mike Pence to treat his duties on January 6 as actual constitutional obligations, not a mere formality. Our founding fathers fought hard over each and every word of the final document. The clause would not have been written into our Constitution unless it had serious meaning. The New World Order is terrified of it.
RINO Republicans sat down with their “centrist” DINO Democrat counterparts in the Senate on Wednesday, June 8, to kick around changes to the law “which governs the way Congress counts and certifies votes from the Electoral College after each presidential election.”

In 180 days those who have not forfeited their high‐capacity magazines to the state police will be commiting felonies.

"I just bought like 25 30 round magazines for my AR. It wasn't cheap and now I have to give my magazines to the state police so they can destroy them." - Anon

There is no grandfather clause. This is the biggest gun control legislation to pass in the past 30 years."

Where Is the Prosecution For Those Corrupt Politicians That Are Guilty?
Do you realize that when crime is magnified by what we have been desensitized to believe is the Right (Matthew 5:13; Mark 8:15) without bringing forth judgment upon the heads of the guilty (Article II, Section 4; Article I, Section 3, Clause 7 U.S. Constitution), they are merely showing you that they are leaving off justice (Isaiah 26:9)?
At least we still have Greene, Boebert, Paul, Cruz, Jordan and other good conservatives to tell us what it is that they are not doing when it comes to the crimes of this current administration. Yet, that is all they are continuously doing: magnifying the crimes and not the law against their crimes (Psalm 9:16-17). This is known as controlled opposition.
