Teen’s know what they are doing. These teens are punks off the street. While other teens don’t need to loot, shoot or trash a city, they study & pray with their family. The trash on the street (teens) know exactly what is being done, when it’s being done. The fact that they know NOTHING WILL HAPPEN IS CRIME in itself. LOCK THEM UP….that’s where they belong.
