Please check and advise your user report as THERE HAS BEEN NO BAN EVASION.
I am aware that no one can create any new accounts under suspension and that no new X accounts have been created by me after filing my FIRST APPEAL for X's suspension of another account XNKRicchiuti4.
I would like to find out who made the report and how they concluded that I am evading suspension.

Currently, there is no audit on multiple accounts. Bot accounts are very easily noticed, and unless your account has actively expressed these undeniable behaviors, we do not suspend/delete/ban.
