It's just me but 4 the home residential & commercial industry, it's should B: applying CLEAR coat 1 or more with 24 hours drying period in between each coat interior ie: walls & NON carpet floors & exterior ie: concrete driveways, brick etc overall so as 2 PROTECT underneath.
