LaToya Cantrell, the controversial Democratic mayor of New Orleans, repaid the city nearly $29K she wrongfully used in city cash for first class flights - and said flying economy is unsafe for black women.

According to them, six of the urns that failed are in sections 1740 and 1750 in Hamamatsu (Shizuoka); 1818, 1820 and 1821, in Oizumi (Gunma); and 1787, in Tokyo, according to an authorization for the use of canvas urns issued by the judge of the Foreign Electoral Zone, Priscila Faria da Silva.
