Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see (Hebrews 11:1, NIV).

Imagine yourself as Abraham for a moment. First off, your name would actually be Abram (God would change it later). You have a good life. You’re content. But then, suddenly, God shows up. And He doesn’t just tell you He loves you; He calls you to pack up your things, gather your entire household, and move. The thing is, you don’t know where.

Pretty crazy, right? But that’s exactly what Abraham did. The journey made no sense. Leaving the safe and familiar for the unknown wasn’t rational or explainable. But exercising faith requires the unknown, along with the unexpected, unpredictable, and outrageous.

Faith is required when you’re in doubt, when you’re in want, when things are difficult and unclear. And faith will put you right where God wants you!

A bust of President Abraham Lincoln and a plaque of the Gettysburg address have been removed from a Cornell University library.
“Someone complained, and it was gone,” Cornell biology professor Randy Wayne told the College Fix of the matter.
The bust of Lincoln and the bronzed plaque of the former president’s historic 1863 address had been in the Kroch Library, where the university’s Division of Rare and Manuscript Collections is located, since 2013.
Wayne said that he noticed the display was missing a few weeks ago and asked librarians what happened. He was told the display was removed after some type of complaint, but did not provide further details, according to the College Fix.

Woke Cornell University Cancels Abraham Lincoln Because He’s a ‘Racist’
The nitwits and historical illiterates who run the Cornel University Library have eliminated Abraham Lincoln because whine, woke students think he’s racist.

The news came from Cornell biology professor Randy Wayne who discovered that the library had eliminated its bust of Civil War era President Abraham Lincoln and a display of the Gettysburg Address.
“It’s been there since I can remember,” he told The College Fix.
He asked the librarians about it, and they had no details to provide, except to say it was removed after some sort of complaint, he said. It’s been replaced with, “well, nothing,” Wayne said. The walls are white, according to photos Wayne took for The Fix.
