Initiate the Macard login for your Macard WiFi extender, and connect your device to the extender's WiFi network. Open a web browser and enter the default IP address, which is typically 192.168.10.1, into the address bar. You'll then be prompted to enter the username and password (often "admin" for both) to access the extender's settings.
