My experience with the British Airways Bali Office was truly fantastic. I had booked a multi-leg trip from Bali to London with stopovers and made the realization a few days prior to departure that I needed to change part of the itinerary. I attempted to do it online, but the system would not make the changes because of the fare class. So I went to the local office anticipating a long, frustrating ordeal—but I was so pleasantly surprised. The office staff greeted me with a smile and invited me to sit down while I waited (which wasn't long—perhaps 10 minutes). One of the agents, Ayu, heard my situation thoroughly and went through my ticket patiently. She explained the rebooking processes well, itemized the fees, and even searched for alternative dates that could save the costs. She worked with London HQ to get a special waiver on part of the fare difference since I’m a frequent flyer. That was totally unexpected and very appreciated. The office itself is clean, well-lit, and centrally located in Denpasar—not far from the main tourist areas. Everyone spoke fluent English, and there was zero confusion about the process. All in all, a nice reminder that true personal, business customer service does still exist. Made me feel like a welcomed passenger and not a statistic. British Airways Bali Office has earned my return business, and the Bali team should be congratulated for taking such high-end service to these heights. Most highly recommended!
