So, really, Boasberg is giving the middle finger to the US Supreme Court, which has already ruled the Alien Enemies Act of 1798 permissible to use. Combine that with the fact that Boasberg should have recused himself from the case because of his daughter's work, and we have an impeachable moment of extreme bad behavior on Boasberg's part. That should be the story here...
