Our constitution is CLEAR We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and We the People of the United States BEAUROCRACY HAVE FLIPPED IT UPSIDE DOWN and are now PROVIDING for the general Welfare AND PROMOTING the common defense?
